What is your role at ANTOLINO Wealth Advisors?

I came to work with ANTOLINO Wealth Advisors in 2017 because of a completed merger with J.E. Morrison & Associates.  I had worked for J.E. Morrison since April 2009. My current role is a Financial Planner.  Additionally, I help manage day-to-day operations in our Gallipolis, Ohio branch location.

Tell us about yourself and your family.

I was born in southern Ohio, but grew up in Point Pleasant, WV.  I later attended and graduated from Marshall University in Huntington, WV.  I currently live in Gallipolis, Ohio with my daughter, Sophie, who is in High School.  She is a ‘sports kid’ so we enjoy spending our time attending her sporting events.  I also enjoy being a father and spend a lot of my spare time promoting fatherhood initiatives in the community.

Why did you pursue a career in finance?

I graduated from college with a concentration in Finance and have had my insurance license since 1989.  I have always enjoyed building relationships and felt that a career in finance and insurance would be a natural fit.  A finance career allows you to teach people I care about the basics of budgeting.  I can show them how to save and invest, then show them long-term results of financial discipline, and help them achieve goals for themselves and their families.  It is very rewarding.

What might we catch you doing for fun on the weekend?

Attending a local sporting event that my daughter is participating in.  If she is not a participant that weekend, I can be found attending a sporting event through the school year supporting other students in the community.  Our summers are spent as a 4-H family where we work with show goats for at least 4 months out of the year.
